Director of Broadcast and Digital Imagery
Tommy Walker is our Director of Broadcast and Digital Imagery and has over 30 years of experience in the production industry. Tommy began his career on the technical side of motion picture productions and music videos where he quickly emerged as a leader, serving as the chief liaison between the crew and producers. Just a few of Tommy’s feature film credits include The Firm, The Client, My Dog Skip, Airborne, A Time to Kill and The People vs. Larry Flynt. After his time in the movie industry, Tommy ventured into the world of advertising, working as an agency producer in Memphis and Little Rock. He has overseen countless national, regional and local commercial productions and although he’s not a trained magician, he could easily be mistaken for a professional based on some of the things he’s been able to pull off for our clients. Whether it’s a small set up that calls for a set of sticks and a few lights or an elaborate production with a fully equipped crew, Tommy is the man you want in charge and in your corner. His expertise in film and video production combined with his business acumen and the valuable relationships he’s built over the years allow Tommy to take on any project and complete it on time and on budget. When Tommy’s not calling the shots at 360 Filmworks, you’ll probably find him at a football field cheering on his beloved Arkansas State Red Wolves or volunteer coaching for Central High in Little Rock. Tommy and his wife are also proud parents of four children.
Writer/Producer and Post Production Manager
Katy Bartlett is an experienced writer and producer. During her childhood, she had the unique opportunity to observe national TV commercials in the making, and by the time she reached high school at Pulaski Academy in Little Rock she was ditching the ACT to edit tape to tape using two VCRs. One of her first summer jobs was at the City of Little Rock’s television station, and she continued to gain hands on experience by working for a local production company throughout high school and college. After a short detour to Dallas, Texas where she found opportunities to intern on Good Morning Texas and drive a massive delivery van full off production equipment all over the DFW metroplex, Katy made her way to the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. While there, she was actively involved in the campus television station and produced, wrote and edited her own TV show about movies. Katy got her first “official” TV job as a news producer for the NBC affiliate in Fayetteville, and was quickly recruited to the larger market of Little Rock to work as a producer for KARK. After a few years in the news business, Katy joined the 360 Filmworks team. She now serves as our writer, producer and post production manager. Katy has written and produced countless corporate and educational videos, and often uses her journalism experience to bring out the best in people during on camera interviews. She also keeps our editorial and animation suites humming as she works to manage every project that comes into our house. When Katy’s not creating order out of chaos at work, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband and their daughter, Aly.
Chief Editor and Director of Photography
Dustin Jones is an experienced editor and director of photography with an eye for detail. From the first time he was introduced to an iMac and a Mini DV camera at North Little Rock high school, he was hooked on production. While attending Arkansas State University, Dustin was actively involved in ASU-TV and became so proficient in the tools of the trade he was asked to teach graduate students Final Cut Pro. Upon his return to Central Arkansas, Dustin participated in the Little Rock 48 Hour Film Project and found himself on a team with our director of broadcast, Tommy Walker. After spending just two days with Dustin, Tommy realized he had discovered what any great producer wants on his team, someone who is highly technical and highly creative. One official 360 Filmworks internship and almost six years later, Dustin is our senior editor, DP of choice and resident MacGyver. If Dustin is behind the camera you can rest assured you’ll have everything you need to tell your story effectively. His extensive experience as an editor offers him a unique perspective as a DP, and if he doesn’t have what he needs to pull something off, he’ll just build it. When Dustin’s not making cameras out of paperclips you can find him enjoying his second passion, rock crawling in his beloved Suzuki Samurai.

Thomas studied animation, digital art and design at Full Sail University in Orlando, Florida. He’s also called California, Idaho and Japan home. When he’s not moving pixels, you’ll find him on a bike. Whether it’s a mountain bike or a motorcycle, Thomas enjoys exploring Arkansas on two wheels. Thomas is also a talented photographer.
Assistant Editor and Videographer
Nick joined the 360 Filmworks team in 2015 as an assistant editor and quickly evolved into a multi-talented team member. Whether it be shooting, editing or animation he approaches every project with passion. Nick is studying digital media production at Pulaski Technical College, but schools us every day with his great attitude and work ethic. If he’s not carrying a camera, you’ll find a fishing pole in his hand. He captures his biggest catches in the form of 15 second adventure films shot on location from his kayak.
